"The Beauty" Shiraz is an elegant, single-estate red wine from the Hentley Farm winery in Australia's Barossa Valley. Grown on the estate's coolest block along Greenock Creek and co-fermented with about 3% Viognier, it serves as the refined, floral counterpart to the bolder, power-driven "The Beast" Shiraz

This is Barossa Shiraz at its most profound: blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, and licorice with layers of spice and this wonderful earthy complexity. It's powerful—no question—but there's a precision and balance here that keeps it from being over the top. The old vines provide concentration and depth, while careful winemaking preserves the fruit's purity.
