SHIPPING & DELIVERY FEES

Delivery

Deliveries are made throughout the Greater Columbus area on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're in our neighborhood (43215, 43212, 43201, 43203, 43206, 43209), same day delivery is free! All items in your order must be in stock for your same day delivery. Columbus orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY.

 *If you wish to select local delivery at checkout please first select shipping and then enter your desired address. If your delivery address falls within our delivery zones you will then be able to select local delivery. 

Store Pickup

Orders are typically ready as soon as within an hour and can be scheduled in advance. Our store team will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick up. We will hold your order for no longer than 14 days after the order date.

Shipping

Accent does not, as a business, ship wine outside of Ohio. However, upon purchase, ownership of and title to all alcoholic beverages passes from Accent to you/the buyer in the State of Ohio. In the case of shipments outside of Ohio, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations lies with the customer. By placing an order on this site and selecting shipping, you authorize Accent to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. We are happy, however, to coordinate shipment of your wine, by you, to most locations in the U.S. We are NOT able to service certain states, the complete list is at the end of this page.

All ‘Ground Shipping’ orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday the following week in order to avoid bottles being held in non-temperature controlled facilities over the weekend. We are happy to store your order for you until you are able to receive delivery. Please include note specifying desired ship date or reach out to us at info@accent.wine for any  other requests. 

The cost of shipping varies depending on which shipping option the buyer selects, as well as destination and number of bottles. The appropriate shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

All orders will be sent with a 21+ signature as is legally required.  The carrier delivering your order will be unable to leave the package on your front door, back porch, etc. without sign-off. Please ensure someone is home to receive. In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, Accent reserves the right to charge the purchaser the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or re-shipping to the same address.

EXTREME WEATHER
We not do not currently offer cold chain shipping/ice-pack shipping options. If you are concerned about heat or frost damage but would like to ship your wine immediately, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please reach out to info@accent.wine for further details.

NO SHIP STATES
Due to laws restricting the shipments of alcohol, we currently can not ship wine to Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Utah.
