The Alessandria family farms in Verduno, one of Barolo's most elegant, aromatic communes, known for producing Nebbiolo with lift and perfume rather than pure power. Prinsiöt is their Langhe Nebbiolo—fruit from younger vines or declassified parcels, made to be approachable while still carrying real varietal typicity.
This shows classic Verduno character: red cherry, rose, and white pepper with Nebbiolo's characteristic firm tannin and racy acidity, though in a lighter, more immediate frame than their Barolo bottlings. It's a great introduction to what this commune does with the variety.
