Failla Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2023

Ehren Jordan knows California Pinot Noir. Before founding Failla, he was the winemaker at Turley, and he brings that same meticulous attention to detail to his coastal sites in Sonoma. The Sonoma Coast AVA is massive, but Failla focuses on the true coastal vineyards where Pacific fog and cool temperatures create wines with tension and finesse rather than pure power.
This is a blend of several coastal sites, showing the energy and spice that defines great Sonoma Coast Pinot. Think red cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry, and forest floor, with this beautiful earthy complexity and silky texture. The whole-cluster fermentation adds aromatic lift and a subtle stemmy quality that integrates beautifully. It's got the structure to age but drinks gorgeously now.
Pair it with duck, salmon, mushroom dishes, or just drink it while contemplating the Pacific.
