Cameron Wines "Abbey Ridge" Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2023

Abbey Ridge is one of Cameron's most storied sites, planted on the Dundee Hills' volcanic soils and farmed by John Paul for decades. This is old-vine fruit treated with real seriousness—low yields, whole-cluster fermentation, and minimal handling in the cellar.
Expect more depth and structure here than Cameron's entry-level bottlings: dark cherry, forest floor, and baking spice with a firm tannic backbone and real aging potential. There's a savory, almost brooding quality that distinguishes it from fruitier, more commercial Oregon Pinot.
Pair it with braised short ribs, wild mushroom risotto, or a mature hard cheese. This is serious, cellar-worthy Willamette Valley Pinot.
