Brothers Marc and Alex Bachelet-Monnot are making some of Burgundy's most exciting white wines, farming organically and working with meticulous precision across their holdings in the Côte de Beaune. Their Puligny-Montrachet village bottling comes from several parcels across the appellation, blended to show the essence of what makes Puligny special.
This is textbook Puligny: citrus, white flowers, and stone fruit over this incredible chalky minerality. It's got the richness and texture you expect from Puligny but stays vibrant and focused, with bright acidity and this persistent stony quality. Fermented and aged in French oak (moderate new wood) to add complexity without overwhelming the terroir.
Pair it with lobster, scallops, or roasted chicken with cream sauce. This is village Puligny done right.
