Guigal is one of the Northern Rhône's most important producers, with holdings across all the major appellations. Their Saint-Joseph Blanc comes from specific lieu-dits (named vineyard sites) on the appellation's granite slopes, showing what Marsanne and Roussanne can achieve in this terroir.
This is Northern Rhône white with depth: white peach, honeysuckle, and almond with this incredible mineral tension. The granite soils give the wine structure and this persistent stony quality, while the Marsanne provides richness and the Roussanne adds aromatic lift. It's fermented in oak to add complexity.
Pair it with roasted chicken, white fish, or hard Alpine cheeses. This is Saint-Joseph blanc at its finest.
