John Duval is one of the greatest winemakers in all of Australia. Before starting his eponymous winery, he was the winemaker at Penfolds in charge of making Grange and is partly responsible for making Penfold's into one of the world's greatest wineries.
His Entity Shiraz is a masterclass in restraint. So many Barossa Shiraz's are overly ripe and raisonated, but John is somehow able to craft wines of depth while maintaining amazing freshness.
