This is Sangiovese from the same tiny estate, the same meticulous farming—it just doesn't get the extended aging required for Brunello. What you get is a more approachable expression of what makes Cerbaiona special: purity, finesse, and this haunting transparency to the limestone beneath the vines.
Bright cherry, wild herbs, dried roses, and crushed stone, with silky tannins and that signature lift. It's lighter and more energetic than the Brunello, but it's got the same DNA. Perfect for drinking now while you wait for your Brunello to age.
