Domaine Georges Roumier, now run by Christophe Roumier, is considered one of Burgundy's very greatest producers—a domaine collectors chase globally for its precision and purity. Their Bonnes Mares holding sits in this Grand Cru vineyard straddling Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis, known for producing Pinot Noir with more power and structure than typical Chambolle.

This is Grand Cru Burgundy at the highest level: dark cherry, rose, and forest floor with extraordinary depth and this seamless, layered texture. The tannins are fine but substantial, giving the wine real backbone alongside that Roumier hallmark purity and transparency to site. This will age magnificently for decades.
