The 2012 vintage was excellent in Champagne—balanced, elegant, with beautiful acidity. After over a decade on the lees and additional bottle age, this wine is singing. Think wild strawberry, brioche, and orange peel with incredibly fine bubbles and this creamy, mineral-driven finish. The extended aging has brought out all this savory complexity while the fruit remains vibrant.
