One of 1818 bottles produced, only in magnum, to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Champagne Billecart-Salmon. Based on Pinot Noir, with 4% each Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, the ‘Cuvée 200’ combines intensity and impact with the house’s characteristic freshness and poise. Although it is a non-vintage blend – a blend of 2000, 2003, 2008, and 2012, to be specific – the use of Grand Cru Pinot Noir vinified in partial oak barrels brings richness and ageability to the wine, lengthened still by fine acidity.
