Arianna Occhipinti's SP68 Rosso bears the same blend as Sicily's sole DOCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria, 70% Frappato and 30% Nero D'Avola. But Arianna ages the wine a shorter amount of time than the DOCG requires in order to make something brighter and fresher. Intense fruity and spicy with notes of currant, earth, thyme, dark spices and a hint wild. Perfect with a slight chill.
